How The Program Works 

  • Program Allocation – grants are released by community and market. Priority is given to active grants, but early applications will be considered
  • Grant Application – Eligible organisations can apply to a grant, specifying their needs
  • Approval – Glow assesses each request. Successful grant applicants will receive a Credit Package that covers software usage costs, valued at up to $20k 
  • Use – Use credits to survey customers, consumers or stakeholders. 1 credit = 1 completed response. No software fees, no lock-ins

FAQs

Who is eligible?
Grants are open to businesses operating within the community and market specified on the grant application page and issued on a first-come, first-served basis up to the grant allocation.  If you do not meet grant criteria, you may apply, but allocation of a grant will be at Glow’s sole discretion, and you may not get support from Glow’s onboarding and insights team. 
I’m already a Glow customer. Can I apply?

Yes you can. Holders of an existing Glow account can apply per the normal process, but the application will need to be submitted by the Glow account owner. Not sure if you are the account owner? Reach out to your account manager.  

What is a credit package?

A credit package is an amount of hosting credits - the currency you use to run surveys on Glow. 1 credit enables you to capture 1 response (completed survey). For example, a survey with 200 respondents would use 200 credits. Learn more about hosting credits here

Credit packages for the Research Accelerator Grant are allocated in 3k, 5k, 10k and 20k amounts based on the recipient’s intended usage over the next six months. 

Why is the time period up to 6 months?

Credit packages are valid for use for 6 months from the date of activation, subject to providing feedback to Glow at the 3-month mark.

Feedback means completing a short survey and attending a 15-minute feedback meeting.

If you do not provide feedback when requested, Glow reserves the right to cancel the grant and remove any remaining grant credits from your account.  

 

How do I use the credits?

Once approved, you’ll be notified of your credit allocation and provided with instructions on how to activate your credits within your Glow account. 

Once activated, your grant credits will be added to your credit balance on the home page of your account.
