The Research Accelerator Grant gives agencies and research professionals access to Glow’s integrated survey platform - so you can deliver high-quality research faster, more efficiently and without the software costs.

Each grant provides

  • Free access to Glow’s survey platform - no subscription or software fees
  • No seat limits - unlimited users
  • Access to all features
  • An allocation of credits (1 credit = 1 survey response) valued at up to $20k*
  • Credits can be used to run surveys for up to six months**
  • Support from Glow’s onboarding & insights team

Who's it for

This grant is prioritised for organisations in Australia and the UK, including:

  • Market research agencies (full service or specialist)
  • Internal research or insights teams
  • Researchers within media, advertising or consulting firms

 

Applicants from other markets will be considered, subject to the availability of grants.

*Grants provide full software access and a credit package covering the software cost of survey responses, valued at up to $20k. Panel costs and Glow services are not included in the grant - these will be quoted separately if required. **Feedback to be provided after 3 months - see FAQs  

 

 

How does the application process work?

Confirm you’re in an eligible organisation and agree to the Growth Program Terms & Conditions.
STEP 02
Apply
Submit a short application via the form below, including how you plan to use the survey platform.
STEP 03
First-come, first-served
Grants are awarded in order of application until exhausted, so get in quick.
STEP 04
We review and approve
We assess applications and will notify you of the outcome, usually within 3 business days of submission.
STEP 05
Allocation
Successful applicants will be allocated a Credit Package.
STEP 06
Activate your credits
Create (or log into) your Glow account and follow the activation instructions to start using your credits.

Got questions about the Growth Program?

Who is eligible?
Grants are open to businesses operating within the community and market specified on the grant application page and issued on a first-come, first-served basis up to the grant allocation.  If you do not meet grant criteria, you may apply, but allocation of a grant will be at Glow’s sole discretion, and you may not get support from Glow’s onboarding and insights team. 
I’m already a Glow customer. Can I apply?

Yes you can. Holders of an existing Glow account can apply per the normal process, but the application will need to be submitted by the Glow account owner. Not sure if you are the account owner? Reach out to your account manager.  

What is a credit package?

A credit package is an amount of hosting credits - the currency you use to run surveys on Glow. 1 credit enables you to capture 1 response (completed survey). For example, a survey with 200 respondents would use 200 credits. Learn more about hosting credits here. 

The Research Accelerator Grant credit packages are allocated in 3k, 5k, 10k and 20k amounts based on the recipient’s intended usage over the next six months. 

Why is the time period up to 6 months?

Credit packages are valid for use for 6 months from the date of activation, subject to providing feedback to Glow at the 3-month mark.

Feedback means completing a short survey and attending a 15-minute feedback meeting.

If you do not provide feedback when requested, Glow reserves the right to cancel the grant and remove any remaining grant credits from your account.  

How do I use the credits?

Once approved, you’ll be notified of your credit allocation and provided with instructions on how to activate your credits within your Glow account. 

Once activated, your grant credits will be added to your credit balance on the home page of your account.
